You can check our timetables, and see which stop our buses call at. There's a live bus tracker - so you can see exactly where your bus is, in real-time. 

You can even buy your ticket, so it's ready to go when you get on the bus - and most of our tickets are cheaper than buying on the bus, too. When you scan your ticket on the bus, have the QR code ready then just place it on the reader by the driver. We recommend turning off Express Mode, to ensure the ticket machine reads your mobile ticket and doesn't record a 'Tap on' payment from your bank card.

If you travel on one route, or from one stop, frequently - add it to your favorites. You can also view service updates on the go.

If you're a student or member of staff at Cambridge University, you can buy discounted tickets for Universal on our app too. You'll need to sign up for a Whippet account (on our website or mobile app) with your University email address. In the app tap Tickets, then Ticket Schemes, then Cambridge University and checkout as normal.  If you don't have a University email address, you'll need to buy our standard student tickets - available to anyone with valid student ID.
