Closure of Busway track at Histon

Part of the Busway track at Histon will be closed for maintenance from 1 December. Buses on Tiger 1 won't be able to call at the stop on the track at Histon going towards Cambridge - please use the stop on Cambridge Road instead.

The diversion buses are following may take slightly longer than normal - we're working hard to minimise delays to buses.

Buses going towards Huntingdon will still be able to serve the usual stop at Histon.

From 1 December 2025

Huntingdon Contraflow Closure

Until further notice, Huntingdon Bus Station contraflow is closed due to resurfacing works, 66/X3 are unable Mill Field Park stop towards Huntingdon Bus Station.

There may be some delays to buses on Tiger 1 because of the diversion that's in place around these road works. 

Fitzwilliam Museum bus stop closure

While work takes place next to the bus stop opposite the Fitzwilliam Museum, buses on Universal will not be able to call at the stop between 23 February and 6 March 2026 (for buses towards the rail station and Biomedical Campus)

Bus stops at Pembroke Street and Bateman Street will both remain open - please use these instead.

Swavesey High Street road closure

While part of Swavesey High Street is closed, buses on Tiger 1 won't be able to serve these stops:

• Ramper Road
• Whitton Close
• Wallman's Lane
• The Busway Swavesey

Please use stops at either Longstanton park & ride or Rose and Crown Road instead during this time
